In honor of Jillian Michaels' and my 2-year-anniversary, I naturally did the 30 Day Shred Level 1. 2 years ago I tried the workout for the first time and fell in love with circuit training. I had never worked out with dumbbells and discovered that I LOVE doing activities with high reps and low weights. My life was changed forever.
I will be forever thankful for Jillian Michaels and The 30 Day Shred. I now own most of her DVDs and workout quite regularly to her workouts. I can see the changes her workouts have done to my body. AND I LOVE IT! :)
