Tonight I struggled through 38 minutes, 3.01 miles and 375 calories on the elliptical. My knees had a dull irritation the entire time, but I adjusted my foot placement until I found a comfortable position. I also went at a slower pace because physically I could not handle going as fast as I did last week.
I feel awesome now and definitely plan to do some yoga after the kids go to bed. Right now it's off to eat dinner. I had a late afternoon snack to make it possible for me to workout before dinner. I'm not going to be able to workout tomorrow because I'm getting my first airbrush tan after work. They said I can't do any sweaty activities for 8-10 hours after so no workout tomorrow night.
