Workout #75 of 2012 ~ Yoga

Just did Beginner Yoga with Meaghan Townsend.  Yoga helps everything.  I have been in a blah mood all day and this brief 20-minute workout improved my mood and has me motivated to workout again.  Hopefully that feeling will last until tomorrow night, LOL.

This is off-topic but today has been a CRAZY HUNGRY day for me.  I've wanted to eat non-stop.  I'm not dehydrated nor sleep-deprived, so I'm thinking it's boredom on this rainy day.  I am kind of wondering if it's the after effects of all the working out I did last weekend.  All the 2-a-days may be catching up to me.
