Workout #73 of 2012 ~ Cardio

I'm a little disappointed with this workout but my knees were none to thrilled with this workout following my earlier one.  I only completed 2.41 miles in 30 minutes (and supposedly burned 300 calories).  I had to push to make it from 25 minutes to 30, and now my knees are complaining, not screaming, but I can't quite ignore the dull pain.  I hope the glucosamine chondroitin starts working soon!

On a positive note, I'm still excited that I'm lasting longer on the elliptical than I used to, and with more ease.  Now... Off to ice the knees!
